Thank you for sending a gift to your patient through The Remedy Gift Shop online. In accessing and using this online gift shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
Product Availability and Substitution
Some merchandise may not be available as shown at all times. Items will be substituted with the same quality merchandise for chosen occasion. Plants and flowers are seasonal and may vary from pictures as to colors and types available. If product chosen is unavailable and cannot be substituted, we will inform customer by phone.
Order Time and Deliveries
All orders placed before 6:00pm (CST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00pm (CST) will be processed on the next business day. All orders will be delivered in the order in which they were received. The Remedy Gift Shop is closed on Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday or the next business day, if there is a holiday.
All gifts will be delivered with a complimentary message card.
The Remedy Gift Shop is closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Hours of operation will vary around holidays.
No balloons, flowers or candy may be ordered for a patient in the Intensive Care Unit.
All sales are final. A refund is given only if the patient has been released (discharged) upon delivery of ordered item(s).
Fees and Additional Charges
There will be a $3.00 handling charge added to the total of every purchase. Mississippi state tax of 7% will be added to the total of every purchase.
